30 days to change your mind (Returns)


Unless you’ve damaged your device, you can generally return any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We also include  a 1-year warranty in case an issue comes up after that period. 


Just a few important things to go over:


  • If you receive the wrong order, get a defective item, or have missing accessories you can ship your item back for free

  • If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please let your seller know within 3 business days so they can contact the shipping carrier before the carrier’s cut-off period

LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT

  1. What is covered by thisLimited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Namely, the Seller warrants to the original Buyer of the Product on Multiply Technology (as documented by a valid proof of purchase — e.g. receipt or invoice) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months after the purchase date (the “Warranty Period”) (including but not limited to: screens (digitizer & LCD), all casings, keyboards, motherboards, USB ports, charging ports, headphone jacks, WIFI cards, buttons, speakers). This Limited Warranty excludes consequential damages, limits the duration of implied warranties, and provides for liquidated damages.

In addition, the Seller will respond to the claim of the Product within 24 hours of Buyer completing the online return form and sending the required supporting documentation, as described in this Limited Warranty. To that end, Multiply Technology will send a return label to the Buyer so that they can return their product to the Buyer. The cost of this label will be paid by the Seller if the Buyer’s claim falls within the present Limited Warranty, and by the Buyer otherwise.

The Seller shall offer an option for exchange, repair or reimbursement to the Buyer within ten business days from receipt of the Product(s) by the Seller (it being specified that in case of exchange or repair, the Seller will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired Product to the Buyer). In the event of a Product defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.

Please note that you are required to return the defective product in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, together with proof of purchase, to the address specified by the Seller. Seller provides no assurance, representation or warranty

that any replacement product will be identical to, or will offer the same functionalities as, the Product you purchase from Seller on the Site. In all cases, comparability of the replacement product with the original Product will be determined by the Seller in its reasonable discretion. If Seller determines it is not reasonable to repair or replace the defective Product, Seller may refund to you the purchase price you paid for the Product.

Replacement or repaired products will only be shipped by Seller within the 48 contiguous United States, and refunds will only be credited to your original method of payment. Any replacement product will be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

 

  1. How long does the coverage last?

This Limited Warranty lasts for twelve (12) months, starting on the date the product is purchased.

 

  1. What is not covered?

This Limited Warranty is excluded in the following cases :

  • Product that is oxidized (liquid damage),
  • Damage or failure arising out of an accident,
  • One or several components of the Products were manipulated by the Buyer or by a third party not authorized by the Seller in connection with the defect for which the Buyer seeks warranty coverage,
  • Damage or failures arising out of a misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, improper voltage supply,
  • Any consumable Parts of the Product (e.g. batteries),
  • Loss exceeding the original value or replacement value (whichever is the lesser) of the Product
  • Damage or failure arising out of interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, firmware flashing, bios flashing,
  • Cosmetic damage to the Product, including but not limited to scratches, or dents; or
  • Defects or Parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the Product.

This Limited Warranty does not cover Products purchased outside of the 48 contiguous United States.


This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and the term “Product” shall not include, (a) any consumable Parts of the Product (e.g. batteries), or (b) Software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the Product (.e.g. firmware and/or system software) (“Seller Software”). Please refer to the applicable licensing agreement, if any, that covers such Seller Software for details of your rights with respect to its use.

Any Product returned to Seller that is not covered by the Limited Warranty may be rejected, returned at your cost (subject to prepayment) capped to 5% of the price of the Product, or kept for sixty (60) days for your pick-up and then disposed of in Seller’s sole discretion with no further liability or obligation to you.

 

  1. Any other limitations?

4.1 WARRANTIES APPLY ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM  MULTIPLY TECHNOLOGIES THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE SERIAL NUMBER ON FILE. MOAT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION STORED ON ANY MEDIA, OR ANY NON-APPLE PRODUCT OR PART NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. RECOVERY AND REINSTALLATION OF SYSTEM AND APPLICATION SOFTWARE AND USER DATA ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.THESE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 

4.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTIPLY TECHNOLOGY, WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PERFORMANCE OF ANY REPAIR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR RESTORING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED OR USED WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON YOUR PRODUCT. 

4.3 IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

4.4 These limitations shall be enforceable to the extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitations or exclusions listed above may not apply to you.

4.5 LIMITATION OF DAMAGES. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF AN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

  1. How to obtain warranty service?

To obtain warranty service from Multiply Technology under this Limited Warranty, you must request help via the contact page or through chat on the website with your order # and serial number of the device.

 

  1. Is this warranty an insurance?

No, this Limited Warranty is not insurance, and no Buyer or third party is an insured or third party beneficiary.

  1. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
